          I sleep alot. So my awake time is not that much. That's a plus.
          It also does not state the amount I eat, so snacking on stuff is fine. Am just gonna have to place mini snacks that won't be stressing my system even if eaten at 30 minutes interval in close proximity to me.
          In amy case, a single stalk of celery every 30 minutes except mealtimes should save me from eating sht and other horrendous things I guess.
