    Mimi_8 Check your SS Deposit logs. Sometimes it says you get zero, but the logs will show that you were deposited with SS.

            I've been watching ads every day on the IOS but the last SS desposited in my SS log was on 24/10/2018. So no payments/deposits show up for ad's in the log for the last 3 days.

              Can confirm. I did not get any SS from the video. For the last two days. It said I already watched the video, but the SS history doesn’t show that I got any video SS. It started giving me stones again today. [iOS]

              Having the same problem. Lucky Draw stopped working for me on the 25th. Watching an ad for the first time now only gives a red banner at the bottom saying "already watch adv" and no SS are awarded.

              The bug actually first appeared on the 24th, but I got around it that day by some fluke. The first video I watched on the 24th had the red banner appear, but the second video I watched awarded SS. Now all ads just give the red banner and no SS.

                Zoroz same thing the app is just so problematic like it would always log me out and sometimes my history would be messed up or so and now the Lucy Draw is no longer working so I just deleted it. The app isn’t too bad but it just has so many bugs that never got fixed.

                    Same problem on iOS app. Once got around it by skipping the ad that didn't get SS and watching a second new one, but now only seeing one ad I never saw before but not getting SS and trying to skip does nothing. Hopefully a fix is incoming soon.

                          Eternity_River I guess and I think every time someone watches an Ad webnovel gets money for it so it might be true they still want the money from ads but also wants users to pay for SS. I tried logging in and out of the app too it also didn’t work I just deleted the app and decided to use the web format instead since the app has too many bugs.

                            CKtalon mine hasn’t been working for at least 4 days (19/10/18, 25/10/18, 26/10/18, 27/10/18, 28/10/18) now and I’ve checked my SS deposit history, there is none for the Watch Video ads. Who do I report this to? I’ve emailed service and app suggestion.

                                    CKtalon Username is the same as the forum, jiuyue. I've tried using Lucky Draw every day, but of course, nothing (i.e. Other, or Watched a video) is showing up on deposit history since the 25th:

                                          Might I ask you to watch the ads for more than 8 seconds (best if you watch the entire ad), and see if you get deposited any SS under Other?

                                              Webnoveldeveloper There is no deposits under “Other” from 25/10/2018 onwards. Last “Other” deposit was on 24/10/2018. I just tried it today, it’s still not working. I took a screenshot of my SS deposit history, but I can’t seem to attach the screenshots here. Do I forward it to service@webnovel?
