Zoroz same thing the app is just so problematic like it would always log me out and sometimes my history would be messed up or so and now the Lucy Draw is no longer working so I just deleted it. The app isn’t too bad but it just has so many bugs that never got fixed.

      Same problem on iOS app. Once got around it by skipping the ad that didn't get SS and watching a second new one, but now only seeing one ad I never saw before but not getting SS and trying to skip does nothing. Hopefully a fix is incoming soon.

        Tried logging in and out, but it didnt change anything. “already watched adv” or something... just when all the novels are going premium we get this. Im thinking It might even be deliberate to encourage more people to buy SS...

            Eternity_River I guess and I think every time someone watches an Ad webnovel gets money for it so it might be true they still want the money from ads but also wants users to pay for SS. I tried logging in and out of the app too it also didn’t work I just deleted the app and decided to use the web format instead since the app has too many bugs.

              CKtalon mine hasn’t been working for at least 4 days (19/10/18, 25/10/18, 26/10/18, 27/10/18, 28/10/18) now and I’ve checked my SS deposit history, there is none for the Watch Video ads. Who do I report this to? I’ve emailed service and app suggestion.

                      CKtalon Username is the same as the forum, jiuyue. I've tried using Lucky Draw every day, but of course, nothing (i.e. Other, or Watched a video) is showing up on deposit history since the 25th:

                            Might I ask you to watch the ads for more than 8 seconds (best if you watch the entire ad), and see if you get deposited any SS under Other?

                                Webnoveldeveloper There is no deposits under “Other” from 25/10/2018 onwards. Last “Other” deposit was on 24/10/2018. I just tried it today, it’s still not working. I took a screenshot of my SS deposit history, but I can’t seem to attach the screenshots here. Do I forward it to service@webnovel?

                                    I have also encountered the same problem while using the app. I have noticed that the only ads that would give me the spirit stones for watching an ad are those that are advertising games and such that allow you to test play it. I wonder if this would be a little helpful...

                                      MummyMumh Did you finish watching the ad before you skipped? Try watching the entire ad (today) and see if there's an "Other" deposit.

                                              CKtalon Also, I tried a couple times today and I noticed that some of the interactive game ads did not show the red banner message “already watched adv” at the bottom, however, the lucky SS draw still did not acitvate and there was no SS deposit in my log.

                                                  CKtalon Watching the "Skip Ad" ads now give a red banner that says "Fail" at the bottom. No SS are deposited as Other even after watching the entire ad.

                                                  The ad I watched on the 24th that worked was a short 30-second or so game ad (the star one), and I did watch that one 'til the end.
