I read release that witch up to chapter 1000 and today I went to go back and catch up and now all the chapters are locked again. Wtf????

This is happening for me too with Swallowed Star and Reborn: Evolving From Nothing. Swallowed Star is messed up in the 900s which I've unlocked, and Book 3 of Reborn: Evolving From Nothing is magically locked. I might not have noticed my locked chapters for Swallowed Star if it wasn't for Reborn: Evolving From Nothing's third book being locked. The author mentioned that Books 1 - 3 would be free, then we'd have to unlock chapters starting at the next book. Unfortunately, I'm not wasting my spirit stones to find the exact chapter comments which mention this.
Release that wich for me too all unlocked chapers were locked again even more ............
Happened to me with TMH and Venerated Venomous Consort for chapters I unlocked some time ago in bulk but had not gotten around to reading ....
@WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL do chapters unlocked with bonus SS 'expire' or can you explain why chapters unlocked using SS or bonus SS have become relocked? The SS consumption history only goes back so far ao it is hard to provide transaction info (date/time) of unlocking .... Also, the consumption data is historical sequence so it is alao hard to scroll to find the specific unlocked chapters for certain novels.
I appreciate the MoBoReader app as it does batch chapter 'purchases' by novel as well as historical sequence.
Almost all of the ones in reading as well. All the ones that I had read when they where free and the one I bought in bulk.
Agent 11 did that to me as well. I had read to chapter 99 only to find when I picked the novel up again after some time, the book is locked.
Yes Library of heaven's path too. ispent more than 600 spirit stones @ these two novels but everything is locked again. Even the history records seem deleted -.-..........
So, if you want to recover the relocked chapter, they will view based on unlock history, so, if the unlock history is cleaned, what happend to the relocked chapter, unlock with ss again ? A marketing strategy I see.......

Ccg 645,646 are locked for me again after i unlocked them yesterday... when i look at how damn expensive the Cultivation Chatgroup chapters are it makes me allost rage

Does your SS consumption history show those chapters were unlocked previously?
Better take screenshots of still locked chapter pages and SS consumed history of unlocking those chapters to post to Official Qidian user for support .... Or email support with the screenshots and your account details ....
Chapters 1085 and 1086 were locked in like 10 mins after i unlocked them using my spirit stones. This is just crazy, i have emailed QI twice now in space of 12 hours to get this rectified, no response so far

Uhh, maybe give them a couple of days rather than 12hr? just saying .... Could be all kinds of delayed response reasons or factors like time difference and dealing with other priorities (like that SS running away issue). No need to expect all technological things to be insta-response/resolution since humans are still fundamentally behind all that tech service supported by the tech hard/software.....
I found some locked @ full cost and some @ 1 ss ...

eLais666 i have to lol re your comment about tech ( please note that not to you) the reason is that qi/webnovel is owned by Tencent and run off their server and ip you can geocheck the ip right to the Tencent offices
the reason I have to lol , is that before this website even became live, on www.novelupdates.com and the posts are still on the site qi/webnovel claimed to have the worlds best coders and system for hoisting I called BS on the app as it asked for to much stuff a reading app should do and was a data miner also the beta site was better than this and for 2yrs now, its still the same broken stuff, and now they don't even answer in the forums it seems if your outside China they don't give a damn about a quilty service i hit lvl 6 last week and have bought stones but now , all i can smell is the start this site going off

thanks for not laughing at my ignorance but it was laughworthy. It kind of reminds me of trying to get customer service from sellers on eBay or Amazon marketplace that were from Shuzhen(zhou?) Or Hong Kong .... Not trying to be prejudiced because even some domestic support in N. Am can be less than effectual

I also know that eBay feeling i own a pc company and used to important 10"" zenithink tablets from China most of the time in 5-10's but the one time for Xmas i put an order in for 100 3 months before Xmas and on Xmas day they were still sitting in Shuzhen airport china, luckily as I don't trust online payments I used pay pal or I'd have lost £5.000 that I'd payed
also if your a member of the webnovel FB group I posted a screen pic showing that 1 ss bs and the gaps in the chapters, I'm only luckily it's not my main 2 novels luckily I can still unlock them via an ad and they are still fully unlocked , but I'm losing more and more trust in dealing with Chinese companies and I don't like to think like that, but only last week Xiaomi started to release phones in the UK and did a flash sale for phones at £1 but it turns out they were only offering 5 phones total ( and the bs they come out with on twitter trying to save face was even more of a joke ) were when they've done the same in China they have done a good few 1000 in flash sale as oddly I've been following the company for 2yrs as I was going to replace my Samsungs with one when they did enter the UK market ...now I'll never buy one if you facey a lol read this https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-46183480
