    Different tactic. Since I can't be bothered doing a full list. Going to highlight my Best and Worst of my catalog. Seriously, I thought WP was bad. Getting reads here is like squeezing lemons. Made me lose my motivation for others except the Fourth.

    Doesn't get read at all despite daily updates. I figure Realistic Fiction is a low category. This has to be my worst bomb. I'm going to reach 20K words before deciding to pull the pin. If I don't get a reader other than a scrapper. I'm dumping the story.

    Continues to surprise me with reads. This was my debut here, so it has tenure and still far from being considered popular or successful, but is consistent. Because of this consistency, made me keep my motivation for the sequel. Just.

    T-The power of BTS.
    I can’t believe how fast Big Hit's New Girl Group has continued to grow even halfway through the competition. Ratio is 145:1 now, and the views are 1k away from my oldest novel on here of five months.

    Or rather, is this the power of fanfiction? I find that fanfics get readers almost immediately regardless of the author tenure of Webnovel. Quraduple collections than either of my other two novels....man. I feel overwhelmed and at the same time, did I fail with my other two stories? 😂

      This doesn't mean you've failed with your other novels. Hopefully some readers from your fanfic will love your writing and give your other novels a try too.

      Even though I haven't updated my main novel in a while, I still gained about 70-90 collections just from those from the BTS fic.

          noctiferu Well I was mostly kidding on the fail part. 😂 As for good writing, I’m not too sure. I don’t consider either of my contest stories as my best. MWTL is technically one I entered into a contest too, but it was with only a few days left, and I didn’t know the rules, so it doesn’t count lol. Fan fics do have advantages where even if the writing is basic, the story can still be popular. I’m not sure how much I’ve gained with my other books from the BTS one, but I don’t think I got that much crossover. They’ve been increasing at their usual rates, so BTS didn’t seem to affect them.

              PinkCotton Uh, I wouldn’t mind having that many collections any day. 😂 Great job I’d say! The ratio is good too~

                  JiaLi I used to think the collections were everything too, but don't obsess over it :) I've met people who would rather search for novel titles than add it to their library. lol.

                      My stories have, quite frankly, boring covers. Add that they're titled more in line with books made out of paper.

                      Also, while I like slice-of-life, it's not for everyone.

                      The story heading for an epic ratio probably has a few more readers than collection. By now it's turning into a gimmick :D
