I have been trying to upload my cover, it meets the 600x800 jpg less than 5Mb, however when I press the confirm button, it just doesn't do anything at all. I have absolutely no idea what is wrong.

I've created a temp cover using the cover creator app on inkstone, but I'd really like my own artwork.

    LadyFlame try clearing cookies/cached images or try uploading it on a different device. (e.g. if you were originally uploading on mobile, upload on desktop. or another mobile device.)

                                1) is it 600x800?
                                2) is it jpg?
                                3) is it under 5 mb?
                                if yes for all of the above, then try clearing cookies/cached files.
                                if that doesn't work, try uploading on a different browser.
                                if that doesn't work, then try getting another device and uploading it.
                                otherwise, I can't help you. webnovel is experiencing bugs & hopefully things will be smoothed out soon. try another day?

                                    So, I am not a newbie and have already uploaded different stories(using several accounts) with respective covers. But recently after Inkstone.webnovel.com has been updated I just can't find the [explore], [novel settings] or any other button to change the cover of my book.

                                    Let's clear things up first. I am trying to change the cover using my phone(IPhone7). I tried using three browsers: Safari, Firefox, Google.

                                    Please help me!

                                      yaoyueyi Go on MOBILE SITE or DESKTOP
                                      (as of right now, I'm pretty sure that even on the app, it redirects you to the link for inkstone)

                                      1) Go to Inkstone (link)
                                      2) Hover over Workspace on the sidebar.
                                      3) Click Stories
                                      4) Click Explore for the story you want to change the cover of. It should be a blue button towards the right.
                                      5) Click Settings, which should be a gear icon in the top right, next to "create chapter".
                                      6) Press to upload book cover. It should be the first thing you see.

                                      Again, make sure your new cover fits the guidelines of 600x800 px, less than 5 MB, and JPG.

                                      if you are using google chrome (mobile website), tick on "desktop site" box in setting > enlarge your screen > patiently tap on workspace - Stories and the follow above mentioned step.

                                      There are tricky when tapping on "workspace > stories". For my case, i need to tap "stories" fast.

                                          yaoyueyi the reason why people always ask for book covers is because it's the first thing that draws them to the book and when they start reading the book they kind of think that the book cover doesn't match the book

                                              How is this for a cover? I wanted to keep it simple but elegant.
