Dear JM,

Thank you for your hard work for the book cover. Unfortunately, it was too different from what I had in my mind.

What I like:
Best. The incredibly high quality image
1. The portal representation
2. The appearance of the MC in the lab coat, visualized from behind (and his black hair which I forgot to mention before!)
3. The color sense for the title
4. The white fog blurs effect at the bottom (one-third) part of the cover

What I'm not fond of:
1. The "no parking" sign was out of context
2. The background i.e. Balinese gate with the castle behind it were too realistic (i.e. much resembles IRL) for fantasy-adventure based novel.

Overall, I was thinking the background would be something like Realm of Ruins by Hannah West or The Unremembered by Peter Orullian when I said "abstract".

IMO, your style suits best for: Drama, Eastern Fantasy, Female Lead, Magical Realism, Romance. Which was why I really like the cover you made for Carroter and also your own Mercy Reaper.

I probably won't use this for now unless there are some plots that will be suitable for it in the future.
