Everybody hi!
This post is meant to address an underlying issue on this website, and a tragedy in itself and will be filled with subliminal messages.
Why is the novel Forty Millenniums Of Cultivation (FMOC) ranked only around 60 in the Translation Power Rankings [Vote for it]??
It might seem like I'm pitching for my favourite novel, and you'll be right. Still, lets explore some of the possible reasons for the ranking to be so low.
It is catered towards a male audience;
that is correct, but ladies you must know that the romance in this one does exist, even if it is not the main part of the story. It happens occasionally, but when it happens it is great. [vote for it, just few stones], and CEOs, have I mentioned CEOs?. Guys don't get disheartened, I said occasionally, even I can handle a few tears here and there (might be the smoke in my room though), for the rest the story is AMAZING, action filled, great development, ever changing and progressing super rich plot... [vot fr t].Slow start and release frequency;
First one might be true for someone, not me though, but that is easily solved by a bit of mental toughness, and when it gets going... Oh my.
Release frequency was an issue at the start of the novel, but not anymore, since the translator and editor team have changed. Let me tell you something about them; they are great! The best compliment to a translator is that you don't ever think about him, and that's the case here. 14 chapters by default per week, with more chapters as the novel goes higher on the rankings [vote for eat]. They also often make mass releases when the story reaches a very important point in its development, props to them.
No worry about translator-editor combo, guys are OP, but not shameless enough, so I'm writing this instead of them.
[V.F.I.]You might not like it??
Seriously? What's there not to like, you got Sci-Fi stuff, Cultivation stuff, Demons stuff, World building stuff, all amazing and incredibly well put all together. After 900 chapters you are still comprehending how the world and universe works, and you are sitting there biting your teeth wondering why there are no more chapters out to read and how on earth can it be placed only around 60 on the Power Rankings?. [so Vote for It!]
MC is strong, but not OP, and he resolves problems with logic, tactics, and superior knowledge, but the most marvelous aspect of the story is the "Cultivation method/World building" aspect. I read a lot of novels, but nothing comes even close to this one when it comes to world building. Once you chug a bit of story and the second arc starts to pick up you find yourselves immersed in unique universe. Things start to fall in place, theories get unclogged, and it all comes together to form one of the best fictional Universes ever created. So much so that if the author wanted he could create something mayor like the Star Wars Universe, with different characters and stories over the millenniums. Mind you it is called 40 Mills of Cultivation, not a hundred years of mouth washing! [Please vote for it]
In all seriousness to give this novel a try, you won't regret it, and if you are already reading it, do make an effort to give it a few stones, so we can up the release rate.
And ladies, remember that for every vote to this novel you get a chance to be reincarnated as the wife of a CEO.
Let's get them votes, arrrrr.
