Webnoveldeveloper since the new patch, i had my webnovel app crash a few times, notably when i open it for the first time in the day.
Might be because i switch tabs immediately, from explore tab to account (habit of going straight to earn rewards) or library tab.
This issue happens more often in my android marshmallow tablet, and occasionally on my oreo phone.

Hi, I'm not receiving ss for performing some tasks. After downloading the updated app I only receive ss for tasks that I used to complete on the old version. I don't receive ss for rating a chapter, writing a comment and also replying a comment. Please help, it's really frustrating.
25$/month - actually cheap. I wanted to support chinese authors but price per chapter been too much, now it's better.

Hey I just paid for elite membership on Feb 16 but it is now Feb 20 and it is still not activated. On google it already started the countdown of my subscription...will i get a refund for those missing days or will you reimburse me for the spirit stones that i used those days?

PS...for others reading this your ID# isnt the name you go by but an actual Number which you can find by looking at your personal info ( or just click on your "photo" and it should bring it up).

Please check your timer/clock for monitoring reading time. When it says for example it has 30 more minutes before reaching he next level, it’s actually not 30 minutes. It’s more like almost 2 hours. Please have it calibrated to how a timer or a clock actually works. Perhaps your definition of 30 minutes is equal to 2 hours... please clarify and fix this issue. Thanks.
