The only thing we can do is buy Elite sub, but it's ridiculously expensive for the quality of the translations you get. Only upside is it's cheaper than buying the $3,249 dollars in Spirit Stones I would need to read all my library backlog. :cry:

                Eoneone your subscription is like rent. Once it's over, everything gets locked up again. Spending ss for chapters makes you own them and it won't get locked up. For me, i didn't get the subscription because it doesn't suit me. I'm waiting for tgif discount on books that i'd like to read so that i could buy them permanently. Subscription would cost me a lot in the long run but still don't get to own those books that i like.

                    What you said seems to be the correct situation but in fact, when you use ss to read then the premium change, the chapter you unlocked before are now locked and cost more ss (or more money).

                    Subscription is weird. First it's called "elite" like you become better (psychology much ....) than others.
                    Second, in most place, the quality and the amount would be better.

                        serguis i haven't (and hopefully will never experience) previously unlocked chapters being locked again. Unless it's those previously free chapters being locked up which we have no choice but to unlock if we really like the book. Locking up chapters that a reader has spent ss to unlock before is a bug (if i'm not mistaken) and should be reported. Otherwise readers would abandon webnovel if they get to this point of shamelessness with no solution to the problem.

                        "Elite" seems to be their kind of magnet for their readers to spend more but for me as a picky individual it's an unnecessary expenditure.
