I listen to mostly classical or epic music. Music pop, lyric among others to not hear them because confused reading, is a suggestion.
Epic music sometimes leaves him super epic to a bow already epic of a novel

Olivia lately me too. But not old classics like Mozart or Beethoven.
More like pure instrumental piano or violin.
Ebu8b This sounds really neat, it has a great flow.
Taoista_JoJo Classical is great! I know what you mean, too many lyrics practically impair my reading, it's probably the sole reason I don't listen to music too heavy on lyrics like rap, but at the right amount, words go in one ear and out the other.

I usually listen to rock or metal, sometimes jazz, maybe classical, it just depends on my mood. I mostly listen to hard rock I guess. Bands like Stone Sour, Fozzy, Volbeat, Ghost, Red Sun Rising, etc. When I do, its just low volume in the background. Mostly to block out other household conversations and noises.
