It also helps if your novel is on either extreme when it comes to quality.

People think it is flaming garbage? They cant wait to tell you how many brain cells they lost reading it.

People absolutely love it? They will gladly leave a review expressing every good thing about it and then proceed to demand more chapters. If you do not comply, they will probably tell you to eat a dick and that you suck as an author.

Then there are the spammers who leave a 2 star rating along with absolute gibberish. Assholes.

          Veronica8 bit confused by your question. If i am understanding this right, then you mean the reviews trashing the novel tend to be more focused on by the readers?

          If thats right, then absolutely. All it takes is one somewhat well put together bashing of the novel to discredit all the other positive reviews.

          Though this seems a bit more obvious on this site, where 90% of the supportive reviews consist of "i like it ejcueqjsieh".

              Or pure weeb meth with nothing but power level or good ol fashioned revenge porn.

                Nobody likes my brand of comedy but then again I don't like most ppls idea of a great story. I only enjoy pure sweet tender romances or raunchy comedy. As in get drunk at a frat party go streaking and fornicate with a goat on the courthouse steps comedy.
