May1st I think you probably clicked on the 'EXPORT' button in the Income tab of Inkstone. They would send you that grid like excel thing when you did. But since technically you don't have any income, it won't show you anything. Just blank grids.

May1st I suppose all you can do is wait for a response from the sender. You should give them at least 36 hours to respond before panicking. Generally I'd recommend waiting 2-3 business days, but that's up to your discretion. Keep in mind that their business days may be aligned with a different timezone (China timezone which is around noon right now)
