            Foz fanfic with the usual song and dance BUT the summon this time is the scary sniper lady from van helsing that manages to stay true to her character, and in case you are wondering, yes, there's quite a lot of promising candidates that suffers from brain retardation from the summoning process, this one is a hidden gem to say the least.

                  After a bit of reading, turns out the zero's bullet is a dud. It manages to ruin the scary sniper lady into a pathetic sniper lady who is somehow moronic enough to completely disregard shooting the controller of a construct made of rocks and opt to instead shoot the damn rock which does absolutely nothing in spite of the fact that she's a sniper who is supposed to target weak points. Not to mention there's a lot, by that I mean a looot of whining and overall nonsense that the writer probably intended to evoke fweelings. It's particularly disgusting when it reaches the part where she basically become pink failure's bitch.
                  It's quite sad.

Though the ending is perhaps not the most pleasing outcome, I still relish in the fact that this particular protagonist managed to be the symbol of evil by the end of it.

                      A few novels I could recommend, mainly on RoyalRoad:
                      A snake's rise: Not exactly "evil" in the sense that the MC is still attached to his family but he could burn a whole planet and not give a damn about it if it helps him to achieve his goals.

                      Returned to Earth as the Wolf God: Definitely too short as of now to really recommend it right now but definitely to look out for in the future.

                      Finally a highly recommended one:
                      Vainqueur the dragon: A very goal oriented MC, witty and all. He's evil as in alliances with dark Overlords and stuff, a very good read overall!

                                Just trying to understand the difference between a shamless MC who is villainous as you stated above but not what you want and one that is self serving does whatever it takes to get what he wants and doesn't care about anyone, and is rather evil. Isnt that shameless and villainous? Hahah your search has been steady it seems.
                                Do you mind saying why you like a conquer the whole world, care about no one MCs, but yet no harem? Wouldn't a person like that logically have one since he is about indulging in his lust of power, money and supreme strength and pleasure seeking would also be one of these appetites of his. He sees people only as tools for his power and desires/goals right? This character type would logically often have one, no? But I agree, I'd prefer the story leave that part out and have him ignore this tendency. Perhaps her could be obsessive over one person in that area, chilling, but less annoying than a band of women that are numbered objects. "I am 23 of 47." Ugh so blah.
