Abandoned and mismanaged. You fail to get consistent translators and fail to promote the novels to be poplar. Paywalls at 10 or 20 chapters will never sell a novel. So will weeks and months of no updates.
Too many Korean novels abandoned

Do they earn anything? Only popular Korean novel right now is ORV and former solo leveling that is complete, both who had big following before WN. Heck solo leveling is still in the top 100. It's clear there's a flaw preventing KR novels from being popular and making money. And early pay walls in the 10-20 range, inconsistent translators, and lack of advertising are not helping.
OMDGEAR Ironic: the same mindset of the Korean people that makes fictional acts of Greed and Moneymaking extremely popular ~Also~ makes it so that those very stories fall apart due to the act of marketing them the same way!

I don't think the Korean authors care about their novels being famous in other languages. And it makes no sense if they only have 50-100 chapters, but are asked to not put pay walls in the 10-20 range, if their goal is to make money. If a Chinese story, in comparison, has 1,000-2,000 chapters, but the pay walls begin in chapter 100, then they are basically placing the paywall at about 10% or even 5% of their novels. Korean stories won't earn as much if their paywalls aren't at 10-20% of their total chapter counts. Dungeon Defense, for example, only has what, 50 chapters? Imagine if the paywalls only begin at Chapter 30 or 40. He wouldn't earn as much as the Chinese writers - actually the disparity will be tremendous. Take note, here they don't care so much about making money, but the principle of being fair with regards to making money (why should I put myself at an inherent disadvantage?).
Furthermore, to the Korean authors, this whole translation thing is just a bonus. They don't care. They're mostly interested in how their stories perform in their local markets.
CKtalon.
Okay. The novel I had an issue with mainly had a whole different problem. It's not that the translator disappeared or is lazy, but for the kr novel Unbreakable he had caught up to the raws and just 1 chapter behind I believe. Author from April of this year has only been turning out 1 chapter a month at best. So I'll take back flackly translators, but there's still irresponsibly by him for not mentioning he had caught up to the raws for a while now, so sub lazy translator for communication problem to the readers.
Also, World After the Fall should be complete, but says next chapter soon if you keep scrolling.
