I think what people concern about is the number of the premium chapter is continuing increase

take example of RTW.. in the beginning there are only 10 premium chapter then the next day increase to 11 and today it has 12 premium chapter

so that's mean people who didn't unlock the premium chapter will left behind than people who unlocked the chapter

it's actually can be solved if they consistent make the premium chapter only 10 chapter

If you want more chapters from the translators you like then you need to donate to their patreon, since most translations have goals to increase chapters per week. The premium system is not going to do that as people think it will, most of the money goes directly to Qidian, and they won't use that money to improve the quality of the translations on this platform. As you can already see, the premium webnovels that were chosen are atrocious. Especially the MMO one. So if you want to read ahead and have your money directly support the translator and at the long run increase the amount of chapters you get, then patreon is the obvious choice. But do NOT buy spirit stones and DO NOT! support these low quality garbage translations that they put on the premium system! If they see people are willing to pay money to read that rubbish, then they won't even try to improve the quality of translators and will get keep getting more of the same crap we are already used to from the free days.
