There is an issue with the Check in and Multiplier awards for IOS version. The check in and multiplier award is enabled as per the (UTC+8) time but multiplier awards gets disabled at 12:00 am as per the user's home country's time.
I am in a country with time zone as UTC+5:30 and i get time frame of only 2.5 hrs to get the multiplier awards.
This issue is with only the IOS version, on android its working fine. Please fix the issue.
I also experienced this since around two weeks ago. I have updated my app to the latest version but the problem still persists.
pooiesay Yes, exactly! I don’t know for sure if it’s exactly 11:00 p.m. or 12:00 a.m. that you now must have check-in before, because I haven’t put any thorough testing into it, but after midnight for me seems to be no good, and a few others have said 11:00 p.m. was the limit for them. I sleep during the day, and I usually read during the late night hours, so this affects me very negatively. But it doesn’t even seem like they’re making any attempt to do anything about it. I haven’t even gotten a response from Smokescreen90s to my comment after trying to make the point clear to them. I noticed you never got a response to your comment either. I’m sorry to hear that you’re also having the same problem. Hang in there, hopefully they’ll fix it soon.
Pari_08 How do you like someone’s comment more than once? I’d be thrilled if I could give you at least ten likes. But, it’s not just the multiplier that gets disabled after midnight. For me, if I haven’t checked-in before midnight, then it’ll be as if I missed my check in and I’ll have to pay 15 SS just to buy back my perfect attendance. Perhaps there’s some contradiction between whether the check-in/multiplier reward window thinks your checked in, and if you actually are checked in. I’ve noticed that sometimes, after midnight, it won’t let me check-in for that day because it thinks I’ve already missed it, even though I should have until 8:59 a.m. However, if I back out of the window, and look in the rewards page, it’ll say that I’m already checked in.(?) But even then, it still won’t let me get the multiplier. So frustrating. I hope you understood what I was trying to say. It is after all really confusing just to experience it, let alone trying to explain it. Lol.

Based on what screen name Pari_08 said, with which I whole heartedly agree, if someone were to live in the time zone of UTC+7, that would only give them ONE measly hour each day to check in and claim the multiplier. Thank God I don’t live in that time zone. How can you, and we, not come to a general conclusion that there is a problem here? It’s not fair that those who live in UTC+8 are the only ones that get a full 24 hour window for check-in and multiplier rewards. We all should. Please, I ask for your help in getting this situation resolved. Thank you.
Thousand_Sunny I use android and I live in GMT+8 but the multiplier reward doesn't work for me.
Daily check in only gives me 5SS.

Thousand_Sunny for check in , Close the auto pop up which comes when you open the app and then please try clicking on the check-in button next to the reading time which comes in the library.

I can check in anytime but got multiplier only once in 4 weeks. Multiplier is a lost cause for me
knightauror Oh, man, I truly have the feels for you on this particular situation. Even my situation sucks enough, but yours is terrible. I’m truly sorry. Hang in there. Well keep hounding them until they fix it.
missyjck Like, it doesn’t work for you at all? Ever? That must mean that they completely cut out the whole window of opportunity for people in your time zone to apply for multiplier awards. If that’s so, then for you too, I’m really sorry. You hang in there too, okay. Maybe they’ll reimburse us for this.
Pari_08 Yeah, I think I might have mentioned something similar about that, regarding checking in through the awards page instead of the main page after midnight, for which you have to first back out of the check-in window that you arrive in when you open the app. But yeah, you still don’t get the multiplier reward even if you do successfully check-in without having to pay 15 SS to make up a missed day that you didn’t really miss. So, according to you, I guess it works in the upper right hand corner of the Library page, too? That’s good to know. Thanks.
It seems everything works again after the update. I had to check-in at 3:45 am and not only did I not have any trouble checking in, but I even got my multiplier reward even though it was after midnight. Thank you Multiplier Fairy. Thank you Check-in Fairy.
Thousand_Sunny our problem was solved with the new updated version, so we don't need to worry about the time zone to get those multiplayer rewards anymore

Thousand_Sunny actually I just realized it a week or 10 days ago. Before that I had to wait till 11pm every night to check-in and able to multiply the rewards xD
@WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL After the fiasco we went through with the check-in bug, and the multiplier bug, a lot of us lost out on a whole bunch of SS. Like a whole bunch. Isn’t there anyway we can get reimbursed for those? For times we had to spend SS to make up for a false missed check-ins, so we could keep our continuous check-in in order. Times that same thing happened on a weekend when check-in reward is much higher than normal. Those are times you’re supposed to be getting between 30 and 80 SS, and instead you end up having to spend 15 SS. That sucks. Times we missed the multiplier, both on week days and on weekends when the rewards are higher. Of course on days the computer thinks you missed the check-in due to the bug, you naturally missed the multiplier as well. That also sucks. It really adds up big time. So, please?!
