unalived There seems to be a lot of misconceptions with the contract.
1) You can apply to be contracted, but for as far as I'm concerned, you can't make a proposal for the contract in terms of negotiating anything on it (except word length perhaps).
2) On the contract, it states Webnovel is free to make changes HOWEVER there has not been a single case of the 100+ contracted novels that WN asked for plots to be altered EXCEPT when they violate terms like illegal p*rn categories, and so forth. I'll be honest when I say, traditionally publishing also takes away the copyrights of a person's novel, but many people seem to skimp on that fact. Though, selling on amazon might be ideal since you might retain your copyright, it is a VERY VERY competitive market that heavily emphasizes on grammar and content. Depending on how you view the market, people there expect the traditional writing style instead of the simple one offered :)
