please limit .... the people to a maximum of 25 chapter in advance . Ive been seeing books with 200+ advance /privileged chapters . if im wrong then go look at a few books and compare . example book A has 150/225 chapters (ive seen a few books with more) perhaps webnovel changed this later on. i understand that u all want to make a buck but i buy points/stones to read..now i feel cheated. Webnovel please limit the max advanced chapters a translator or author can have! hiding them behind paywalls and not letting anyone read them till 3- 9 month later whats the point in that? I already pay for stones and sometimes the Privileged chapters but please find another way! I have dropped all paywall and any book with such a poor standard.

    Waspire Are you referring to Privilege? I'm pretty sure they already limited Privilege to 50 (?) at most, so it makes no sense that you are seeing 200 chapters in advance.

    Otherwise it makes no sense if you're referring to premium chapters. Are you seriously suggesting that a story with 1,000 chapters for example should only have 25 premium chapters max? Then why would anyone bother writing for a contract?

      you do know we only get like 0.3 cents a chapter right :( . If a person bought only 25 chapters we would only have $7.5 dollars. for years of work

        JKSManga oh dear God. I saw 0.3 cents and was horrified (that's one seventh of an SS/coin), before seeing 25 chapters was $7.5 (or 30 cents per chapter). I suppose that's pretty awful too unless that's a quote for a single reader, which seems pretty good unless you write epic length chapters.

            GegeSadewa Original Authors are now required to have a minimum of 1000 words per premium chapters, which sets the min price at 5 Coins. If we don't include the fees: 1 Coin is worth 2 Cent, so 5 Coins at 10 Cents. Half it and the author should get 2.5 Coins or 5 Cents.

            30% is the cut taken by Google Play Store and Apple App Store for in-app purchases, plus the transaction fees etc, so you can calculate it based on that. Dunno how is it for Paypal, but it should be something like 2.9-3.9% + 30 Cents per transaction. You can try calculating it yourself with that.

            Also, I might be completely wrong so take this with a grain of salt that can be thrown away.
