It’s three days into the month, I bought privilege on 4 novels and I’m not able to access any new chapters on them. I’ve caught up to my privilege on one novel, and the regular updates are coming through, but I’m still not able to access privilege chapters

and Prodigiously Amazing Weaponsmith is weird, I can see 1 chapter but I purchased 2 chapter privilege
I’m using the IOS app and it’s the same on my iPad and iPhone
And I understand I have to repurchase the privilege each month and I have to pay for each chapter, the issue is this mo th I repurchased my privileges and new chapters aren’t showing up even though I’m getting notifications for them
Why isn’t any customer support answering my questions?? They should really need to add in customer support contact details!!
Helps to tag their accounts if directly asking them here. Just do the usual at webnovel_whatever
Blossom_Zionq I already contacted customer support on this issue and they were no help, all they care about is the money.
And now I'm hearing they flat out just stopped replying cause everyone is reporting the issue

Everyone thst is having issues should probably do a few things.
- Check for updates to the webnovel app, download if needed.
- Restart your device.
- Make sure you have a high enough privledge (buying 5 chaps when you were 10 chaps behind isnt going to work), but a higher level if needed or wait for it to catch up.
- Sad times for anyone who bought it early. WN really needs to state the amount of privledge time left. Though usually I only buy privlge after it has ran out or a few days into the month to avoid this issue.
- If you are having issues. List what novel(s) you are having issues with. There msy be an issue on the authors side. There may be an issue on the WN side.
Not WN staff, just someone familair with debugging and troubleshooting. Might help, might not.

If they didn't reply you in the early of May, they have Labour Day and Youth Day Holiday.
