Wattpad has great features but hard to get readers. You have to be a Wattpad Star to be on their paid program. It's not an easy thing to gain.
Royal Road, from my brief stint there, has a lot of Litrpg readers and robust review system. I'm not sure they offer contracts. You can add your PayPal to receive gift donations
Inkitt is great to try to network. The more The story is networked, higher chances it'll get published. Watch out for the spam.
Radish pays for romance stories, but they are picky. You could try them if your story fits their criteria.
I write to Tapread. They don't have a contract option, but the site is clean, easy to use and bare basic. I'm just out to build my audience at this stage.
