  • Contract rejected again and again

Sally112425 - I faced the same problem. I got the invitation for the contract two weeks ago and they rejected it five times. Every time there's a new problem. The last problem was similar as yours, as the contract looked blurry. My content editor helped me though and now I have successfully submitted the contract. All you have to do is sign your contract on hellosign. Trust me, it will sort out all the problems. At least it did for me.

I also got a contract and wanted to ask some questions before I decide whether to accept or not, but no one is replying to me, neither via the emails they provided, zendesk and I dont know my content editor.

Ik theyre all busy but at this point, I might just not do it bc idk if they really dont see my emails or if theyre just ignoring it since I sent them a bunch of questions.

Did you just sign the contract without asking your content editor?

MatchaMilk - I'll suggest you to talk to them on inkstone rather than emailing them. My editor said that they got hundreds of emails per hour so it's not easy to get noticed. The best way is either to talk with them on discord or through inkstone. The later one will provide you instant help.

        whoknowwhat

Nightsummer20 thanks for your replies guys but I tried several times through inkstone and each time, im always in a queue asking me to wait and then afterwards i get a message saying everyone's busy and i should leave them a message w an email which I did.

So I never get to talk to anyone and I feel like Im annoying them.

MatchaMilk try to contact them between 10 am-5 pm of hong kong time/ Beijing time. They don't generally answer any other time. Dm all the editor just talk to one who answers to you. They are in hong kong and I am not very sure about the situation in hong kong. So that might be a problem. On the top of that there is cvd19
So try your luck on discord

Sally112425 Wait Islinda is super chill. She's not really my assigned content editor, but she's super funny and helpful when you talk to her. Lowkey my go to lolol

I thought the same way when I spoke to her earlier. But now my thoughts are Changing. At the end if my work is delayed again and again it is bad for me.

And the most worst thing that I heard was. According to her my work wasn't counted as a part of her job. And like me there were 20+ more authors waiting.
Comeon man, I Know I am not the it one but how much time it takes to check a single contract.
Barely 10 min. And I had to wait for a week for that ten minutes.
Does that even make sense ?
Being able to sugar coat words and being able to do some work are two different things and I clearly felt a big difference in those when it comes to my content editor.
