  • Contract rejected again and again

Sally112425 Wait Islinda is super chill. She's not really my assigned content editor, but she's super funny and helpful when you talk to her. Lowkey my go to lolol

I thought the same way when I spoke to her earlier. But now my thoughts are Changing. At the end if my work is delayed again and again it is bad for me.

And the most worst thing that I heard was. According to her my work wasn't counted as a part of her job. And like me there were 20+ more authors waiting.
Comeon man, I Know I am not the it one but how much time it takes to check a single contract.
Barely 10 min. And I had to wait for a week for that ten minutes.
Does that even make sense ?
Being able to sugar coat words and being able to do some work are two different things and I clearly felt a big difference in those when it comes to my content editor.

Sally112425 Bro, it is even more annoying than you expect. The contracts are in the hands of the legal department and the CE will have to go through them everytime. In fact, the content editors aren't even the ones rejecting your contracts.

It's the legal department who always wants to make sure that everything is right and proper.

TheAdventurer I am not blaming the content department. I am just saying that the editor took seven days to just check and let me know which page was unclear. Or what should I do .
The reason was unclear pages for my contract. That's it.
Imagine seven days for just a ten minute work.
          Insane.

On top of that, I was told that they have other authors as well and cannot reply me Everytime. When I was the one who patiently waited seven days. Lol.
Like be considerate to them and at the end they will bite you back.

I just wanted to confirm that you didn't wait 7 days. You sent me the contract on Monday. I was extremely swamped on Monday and Tuesday with my own work as well as checking contracts for other authors who came before you. I replied to you by Wednesday right after my meeting was finished.

Screenshot of you sending me the contract on Monday

I at any point have not said that you have purposefully delayed it. I am clearly saying I do not blame the CE team. I do not know what more to say.

Does anybody know what does it mean when your contract status says"application in process" while the operation mentions"Continue applying?"
