      its true that it says how much time left before you buy it on privlage page but i already bought the 1 coin privlage so it would make sense that count is for privlage that i already bought who would think that the counting time is for the whole month prilvage not the privlage that i already bought

If you click it, it leads you to a FAQ. You can read that to know all the ins and outs of privilege. WN has done sufficient steps in that regard. The time displayed is also for the privilege in total. you can upgrade the Tier if you want but, it ends on the end of the month. Please be careful from next time. :sweat_smile:

          Overlord_Venus i know but we are paying customers they muat treat as such not everything they cant help they must be flexible business about customer satisfaction not rules and even there is no way to help you they try make it look less ugly not everything we cant help you or these are the rulese like they are saying deal with it

          hostile_fire The vast majority of Chinese companies don't really offer customer support at all cause they aren't subject to customer service and consumer laws of the states or other countries.
          Legally they only care for the Chinese court system and they are pretty much invulnerable there...
          You can't actually get real customer support from big western corporations (say google/youtube, facebook etc) so expecting so from companies based in China is, to say the least, extremely optimistic

            @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL is known for bad customer care than an illegal pawn shop. What do you really expect? Albeit you didn't really read the conditions well, but the system design is so nooby.

              I feel like putting the privilege until the end of the month is already cheating people out of their money, especially giving the options for like 20 chapters, when there are still only say 5 days left of the month and realistically speaking, 20 chapters ain’t happening.

If there's already more than 20 chapters only available through privilege, don't they have to give that option for the person doing privilege for the first time? They give enough information for the reader to know how many chapters have already been released under privilege.

                xcares You can't really get customer support from Google either. There is not really a way to contact them for most of their services. I myself have a problem with them with one one my request pending for over a month, but I can't contact that side of them.

                All I get from their mods on their service is "Please wait. It will be processed soon" for past 3 weeks.
