Library of Heaven’s Path (Premium)
shelwyn how can you compare those two? Patreon offers a fixed number of advanced chapters, but same release rate for everyone. Here you basically pay for a faster release rate than free readers. And if you take into account that this premium release rate is the same as before premium system how can it be cheaper...
Cless Yeah don't waste time with this retards.I am sure if he gets robbed he will just say whatever ı have a job.And the other retard will see some clothes with price is more than 15x normal price. But this retard will still buy it why because the producer has the right set the price for his/her wish. And ı forgot maybe he has a job too.
shelwyn I didn't rant about them. I know they started as fan translator. I'm ranting about QI, who wants us to pay more for it than professionally translated novels. Yes the authors also need to be rewarded, but they clearly write for word count and realize this with repetitions and fillers, so that also has to be accounted for in the price imho

shelwyn I never read any western novel with as many repetitions or filler scenes like in these chinese webnovels. I only read ~14 of them so far, but in at least half of them I saw chapters which you could summarize with 1 sentence without losing plot. Yes, that's a subjective feeling but I think that I'm not the only one who thinks alot of chapters are stretched immensely without adding value to the story.
Yakumo I can give you a hint.
I pay $20 dollars a month for 7 chapters of early access to Mystical Journey.
I pay $10 dollars a month for 4 chapters of early access to Mansion in a post apocalyptic world.
I pay $50 dollars a month to Super Stars of Tomorrow for early access to 14 chapters of early access on patreon.
The Strongest Gene used to cost $80 A month for 25 chapters of early access. That one is premium now.
Tell me, is patreon chapter or more expensive than spirit stones? Lmao.
shelwyn They wont know because these ranters are all freeloaders.
Yakumo Let me help straighten your brain out a bit.
80+20+10+50 = $160
160 x3 months = $480
9 packs of $50 spirit stones for 7500 (2500)
1 pack of $20 spirit stones 3000 (1000)
1 pack of $10 spirit stones 1500 (500)
So in three months I could have
9x 7500 (2500 permanent) =67,500 (22,500)
1x 3000 (1000 permanent) = 3000 (1000)
1x 1500 (500 permanent) = 1500 (500)
In three months of patreon payments I could buy 72,000 (24,000 permanent) spirit stones.
At 20 spirit stones a chapter I could buy 3,600 chapters here. Those are some expensive chapters too.
At 14 spirit stones a chapter I could buy 5,142 chapters.
That's three months worth of patreon payments for me.
Tomz Why cant the majority survive, there are always free chapters daily. QI also provides free spirit stones 20-30 a day.
Oxy unlike you.. people got commitments..
Tomz Its who this system is made for. My numbers are way high but it's because reading novels is my hobby. Paid books light novels I buy them and read. The spirit stones are for the user base that's willing to pay for their entertainment.
Free users still have free spirit stones and get chapters as well. Sure they're not fast as the paid users but they're not exactly left out to rot either.
It's just another form if entertainment. How many hours will you usually put into a 50 dollar video game? 60? How many hours will 7500 spirit stones get you in entertainment?
It's just another form of paying for your entertainment. Some might buy a fishing rod and some bait and fish. Or a bicycle or a ball for sports. Maybe go out to the movies, there s lots of things to use money on that keeps you busy. This is just another one of them.
shelwyn And now let's compare the release rate upgrade:
patreon: 0$, max release rate for everyone. There you pay for advanced chapters, but not more chapters per week
premium: ~12sschaptersPerWeek for max release rate
sarcasm onWow, I got max release rate for free before this system kicked in? It is so much cheaper now that I have to pay for this max release rate, which I got for free previouslysarcasm off*
Again, I am not saying that I want everything for free, but comparing patreon with this premium system and praising QI is like comparing apples and oranges...
