If you don’t have a valid ID, you would have to use your parents.

When you say ‘country’s person identity card,‘ you mean an ID before the driver’s license? Or are you talking about something else?
A passport is not needed. The contract needs a valid ID (an identification card)
In my country, there is PAN ( permanent account number). I also have a government-issued identity card.
