Is there any set number of votes a story in Queue has to Accrue before it can transmigrate into the regular line-up!?!

No, usually the ones (one female lead, one male lead) with the most votes get released on Monday, but last Monday they forgot to release the female lead novel. I do hope it will be released this Monday instead :)
