The novel i just started yesterday wont allow for powerstones and id like to see if there is a reason why or if someone could help fix the problem.

If your story is new, it is going through a vetting process to make sure it is following guidelines. Give it some time, staff does it first come, first serve.
Another reason, you can be blacklisted from using certain symbols, emojis, or Chinese, Japanese, (Korean too I believe?) characters. Contact service@webnovel.com if that is it.
Also, please look through all the post about people asking about not receiving powerstone (before making a post). A lot of people asked this, and it has been answered.
