2nd everyone is an idiot, the other stronger player, mc forget about the others and they cant even help those weak to farm for exp so everyone can level and everyone will gain exp in fighting and killing and in return they will also be useful later on but no no no they just leave them alone in school

Not like G&DW. No levels (Just tiers and mc is only T4 after 180 chapters), drops are rare, no skill books, no stats, no quest, not set in the real world, no apocalypse, no racism, no fighting over territory, and no jade beauties who keep falling for the mc... although his childhood friend is named Jade. He never goes off solo to another land, conquer an area, and return with nothing going wrong in his absence... so 95% not like G&DW.
He obviously dropped this early on as the story has a lot of team work and the mc is always trying to raise his teams power, even when the rules of the world makes power leveling very difficult if not impossible. And for the people at school it's clearly said why the mc and gang didn't train the students. They didn'thave the food and water to feed hundreds of starving students, so they could not lead them. And early in the story the mc and crew were never so strong they could help hundreds of people grind monsters, and in this setting the system in place punishes the act of helping too many people evolve. It's a harsh yet realistic situation which makes the story very compelling.

I agree, I read ahead a few MTL chapters and it seems to keep getting better. Would love to see a proper translation.

Read mtl too for this. It's pretty epic. I did end up disliking a lot of things towards the end though. The last 400 chapters. Fights start to devolve into power levels rather than skills, where fights start to be about how many stars or universe energy you have. Also, rulers and gods all act like little children who get offended by you looking at them or ask questions.
Still, it's one of the best written novels I've read up to that point. Has the best action scenes I've read, one of the best main characters who's reasonable, and decent plot.
