I have a novel written in tagalog but it seems that my readers can not vote.
They are asking me why but I don't know what to tell them
Please help! Really appreciate your help

If its a recent creation it may be in the queue to be vetted, in such case its a hurry up and wait situation, the editors will get to it when they do.
If it was already vetted and voting loss is a recent issue it could be the book was blacklisted for illegal character use (unicode formating, etc), the characters need to be removed and an email fired off to webnovel support to get whitelisted

And added to what Darth_Xiane said, the novel must have 15,000 words before one can vote on it.

PsyberRose My novel just started this month Dec 1 to be exact and its more than 15,000 words already.
No it never been voted since it started and I don't know how to contact webnovel.
I'm feeling sad right now.

That is wrong
Your book needs 15,000 words so it can show on the powerstone ranking ( EX: No.2470)
A person can vote on a story that has 7k words. When I make a new story, I have four chapters stockpile and then upload it cause once you have 4K words the vetting process goes fast. I only have to wait 48 hours and boom I can vote (I typically do this on weekdays cause weekends staff doesn’t work). One book only had 7k-8k words and got approved for vetting and people could vote on it.
Others are different, it all depends on the time and day they do their vetting process. I had another book take almost 5 days because I posted on the weekend and got voting after 20k+ words.

If you did this Dec 1, then this is not a vetting thing and probably a blacklisted thing. You have accidentally used a symbol that isn’t allowed, or Japanese, Chinese, or Korean characters.
