Reading Ancient Godly Monarch only to find wall of texts from translators/proofreaders(yes, several of them!) and its getting pretty god damn annoying. I want to read the story not your thoughts about it in the middle of it.

This is just a little rude honestly. The stories are translated and edited by the translator/editor team, so they have every right to post a comment letting the readers know of something. Like if they're going to be away so there might be a slow chapter release or if they want to thank the readers etc. If you don't want to read them, then just skip past them; it wouldn't even take 3 seconds. No need to make a whole post about it. Without the translators and editors, you wouldn't be able to read the stories anyway, so just be a little more thankful ;)
If I had the rights of banning you you'd be banned already. Someone do that

The whole reason why I utilize the translator thoughts and comments is specifically so people can ignore them if they want to. It's clearly delineated at the end of the chapter, and is the most direct method of getting a message to the audience. In this manner, the audience doesn't feel compelled to scour every chapter comment, every forum post, or whatever other available methods there are—if there is something pertinent to the chapter, it's there for them to read if they want to without searching for it.
I do think some more superfluous stuff could be moved into the comment section, but that's just my more reticent preference coming to the fore and is wholly preference. I do think that if long translator/editor notes are the norm in a story, it'd perhaps not be a bad idea to have a resource off-site for people to read them at instead of keeping them all contained in the translator notes on-site, although that's primarily for an ease of use type thing in my mind.

Yes, editorial comments in the middle of the story break story flow, unless it's the translator providing a cultural explanation for dialogue or behaviour which would otherwise be incomprehensible to the reader.
In some volunteer translations, translators and editors sometimes have their little cutesy discussions and playfights in the middle of action chapters, which completely destroys the atmosphere and immersion.
I like the way some translators provide language and culture insight at the end of the chapter. Explanations of why the translation has slowed down don't belong there, because it's a permanent record for all the readers who will continue to pick up the chapters, years later.
Then just make an option for fading notices, who will disappear on they own after some time.

I'm going to play devil's advocate and defend this guy, because he's perfectly within his rights to say this, though I don't really agree with him.

I don't really like the idea of banning someone just because they think something. It's a valid complaint, and although it is rude, other people have pointed out that when the OOC section is used poorly, it can ruin the flow of a story. Simply stating something that bothers you shouldn't be grounds for a ban, and I don't think it's healthy to encourage a culture that calls for bans whenever they see something they don't like.
I'm fairly critical of Qi and several other things on this site, and I know there are probably more than a few people who get angry with some of the things I write. But I don't want to get banned just for having a different opinion.
If I were this guy I probably would have phrased the request differently. This kind of thing seems like it could develop into a problem, and one of the reasons I read on Qi is because of the professionalism. Certain guidelines should apply to the TL comments, because most of the time the TLers are genuinely trying to help. But for their extended thoughts I think they should make a blog post or use the Novel Discussion tag on the forums like everyone else. That way I'm not spoonfed the meaning behind actions by the TLer, and instead get to figure it out myself, like the author intended. I don't need an analysis of the chapter by the TLer, just some clarification of cultural things every so often. Most TLers do this right, but there should be guidelines for those who are tempted to go off the rails.
I agree with the original poster that sometimes translators/proofreaders comments that are not relevant to the story does break the flow.
I find it disrupting when the author also posts comments clarifying where he is going with a plot in the middle of the story or when they throw in a random modern reference in an ancient culture story with no rebirth/transmigration.
I would suggest the original poster contact the translator/proofreader/editor and politely voice his concerns.

But really, yu_ba_bu_neng, though I agree with Supreme_Idler's post, I believe it didn't address your issue.
Let me see if I'm understanding it correctly:
In Ancient Godly Monarch, there are plenty of translator and editor's notes in the middle of the story as opposed to being place down in the Translator's Thoughts section, right? And with the notes in the middle of the stories, they can sometimes be several paragraph in length, which greatly detracts you from the story?
Is this the case? If so, can you give me specific chapters and I'll look into it and alert the appropriate .. uh... authorities?

Put your thoughts at the bottom of the page and put an asterisk, it's the best way not to break the flow of the story. I get it, translators can do whatever they want and all that but it just feels unprofessional.

Well now, since I'm the one complaining and especially since I was so badly received its only proper that I would lend my helping hand and point out couple ones I could easily find with ctrl + f.
Mainly peeps, don't take it personally. Merely pointing what I find concerning in a readers point of view. I actually really appreciate Qidian, It has made my reading experience endlessly better and though it uses somewhat unorthodox and even high-handed methods acquiring its books honestly I prefer it this way. Just looking out for you to keep the site clean: Books containing only books and comments and such to be kept in the comment section.
tl;dr: Not attacking your work quality, genuinely want better experience for everyone.

yu_ba_bu_neng ah so it was like how i stated. Which novels are you noticing it show up with? Is it only with Ancient Godly Monarch?
yu_ba_bu_neng Ahh those ones. Apologies for my earlier post, I assumed you were referring to the translator thoughts at the end of the chapters >.<
yu_ba_bu_neng From the look of that last screenshot, I don't think those comments were supposed to be there. I think they were comments between the translators whilst translating. Maybe I'm wrong though because surely they would've proofread it and found it.
It has to do with the importing of the translator's copy of the translations, which still had the comments. The translator is going through one chapter after another manually to remove them.
