Wolfick Oh boy, and here I was checking my notifications and reading through our other convo... Welp, once I will stop sleeping I will spam their novels with 1 star reviews, don't worry, but replying to that other convo of ours might take me a while... Because if I do it offhandedly, it will turn even longer and longer, ending with the two of us basically writing a novel on our own on the forums.

MotivatedSloth do we get in trouble for suggesting our book if it fits the poster’s search criteria? The only reason I suggested my book was because I thought it fit their request(omniscient view point). Have I been doing this wrong?

Sara_Wilcox If your book fits the criteria of what they are looking for, and you have reason for it, I personally think it is okay.
For instance:
"I am looking for something similar to XX novel"
"Actually, I was inspired by XX novel and write a similar kind of story/in the same genres, perhaps this will also be to your liking..."
However, you look here, in which someone has asked for recommendations of novels like X and Y, and everyone has just taken that as an excuse to spam plugs of their own novels, irregardless of to the posters actual request of what they are looking for.
Whilst I am on the topic. I have not read Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint, I have read the Trash of the Count's Family. Well, a couple hundred chapters of it at least.
If you are looking for similar novels focused on the misunderstanding trope which ToCF does so well, two of the biggest names are:
