So, first they took away 20 chapters and lowered it to 40. They then said that any coins used on non picked trial reads will be returned every month. They did that for the first two months, now come month three and they still haven't given anyone their returns on non picked. So that's a complete lie. Nice. Now, they are simply taking days upon days to add them to trial read, while we are getting scammed on coins. I love this site tbh.

Can someone tell me how to lodge a complaint to webnovels.
It's fine if TL read is delayed. At the very least, the readers should be informed that it has been delayed. It feels like WN has no sense of responsibility for its international readers.
I had a chat with customer service, it was basically said that there is no scheduled update as of yet for trial read novels. When I asked for when will be the latest we can expect new trial read novels I was asked to be patient and there is no planned work for release as of yet. So in short no new trial read novels for last week boys.
Saying that if they do release TL read novels today, I'll be both pissed and happy about it.
