I’m honestly not sure about that. I think that if you have deactivated your account, and you weren’t contracted, it might be lost, but I honestly have no clue. I would definitely ask customer service about that one. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help

You can use basic symbols as far as I know, just don’t use kanji, etc.. Basically don’t use non-English characters and/or letters. Doing so will get your work blacklisted until the characters are removed. I hope this helped

Okay so I’ve been trying to find a novel that I read previously however I don’t remember the title. I really wanted to finish it I couldn’t find it in my viewed or history so I thought someone could prob help me here. The plot is like set in a school and the female lead is a Asian girl with black hair who gets bullied because she’s the only Asian, she’s also adopted and i remember that in the one first chapter she decides to jump off the building however she lands in the arms of the male lead whose name starts with a K something like Kai anyway then he bullies her too but as the bullying progresses he ends up falling for her. And now I need to to finish it. Anyone please let me know what the title is! Thank you

I'm a newbie author and I have read the rules, but what I don't understand is how can we get in contact with a proofreader.
You will have to either use a computer program to check your grammar and spelling, or pay someone to proofread for you. There are the rare individuals that will offer to do so on the forum on occasion, but it’s a hit or miss. Most people won’t work for free. The Webnovel editors are more like content managers than actual editors. They don’t sit there and proofread for the authors. I suggest posting a new thread asking for editing software suggestions(which is the best? Are there any free ones?). Sorry I couldn’t help more dear. Good luck on your future endeavors
