Wookiesmuggler
Well personally for me that was a problem with my early stories. I learned to just slowly let information seep in. I usually only introduce a few characters at the beginning, and I make sure to make it clear what their personalities and goals are. After the reader fully understands who the characters (Or just the main character) are, then you begin to explain the powers and stuff. This is just what I do though, I'm no professional by any means. Your story was actually really interesting either way. Just take a little more time to flesh out each and every piece of info. I really think your story has the makings to be a top book on here!

(Take all this with a grain of salt though, I've seen your other stories, and you're much more accomplished and popular than me)
