Paint.net is, if i am not wrong, free and u can tell the program in pixels how big the picture should be. in this case 600*800 PX
Right now i am as well considering to upload something and i don't think it is realistic for starters to fund a cover. We don't even know if we get a part of the money anytime back, so i might as well use that solution.
