Hey guys, I’m new here and well new to joining any kind of writing community. I thought maybe my experience would be better if I made some friends.                 The faction thing is not an official kind of thing. You know, when you're in a group, you have the smart kid, the funny kid, the charismatic kid...etc.
                It's the same in this forum.

                We have the I'm-Bored Bunch. They're bored so they're here.

                We have the I'm-knowledgeable bunch. They have to tell people that they are knowledgeable.

                We have the I'm-helpful bunch. Having doubts about life? You know who to ask!

                We have I'm-a-lurking-ghost-bunch. Just lurking around laughing but not interacting.

                We have the I'm-higher-than-to-participate-with-children bunch. They think they're cool just because they act cool.

                We have I'm-rude. They're just rude.

                We have the I'm-a-bot-bunch. The most active faction in this forum. Two days cannot go by without them declaring their existence to the world in the form of spams.

                We have the I'm-new-read-my-novel-plz bunch. Basically, they're people who never learn.

                We have the I'm-smart-so-I-will-do-this-and-no-one-will-know-my-true-intentions bunch. These people take others for idiots.

                We have the I-got-alzheimer-plz-help-me-find-this-novel bunch. These guys regularly distribute impossible to solve quizzes. "I only remember that it was female lead." Wow! See? Impossible to solve!

                We have the I-need-help-and-useful-opinions bunch. Ask and answers you shall receive. (Most of the time...)

                We have the I'm-sick-of-this bunch. They come here to complain.

                We have the I'm-confused-plz-help bunch. These cannot be bothered to move their *** and do a search so they come here to be spoon-fed.

                We have the I'm-new-want-friends bunch. Well, these are self-explanatory.

                We have the I-lost-money-plz-help-get-it-back bunch. Sir, it seems you're lost. This is not the right place!

                And the list goes on. Where do you put yourself??

                Edit: forgot to say that factions aren't exclusive and another important faction.
                We have the I'm-here-plz-notice-me bunch. A group vying for attention.

                      Bored and Rude card carrying member right here!

                        A tantalizing choice! I could pick at least three groups I want to join.

                        I think I may be a candidate for the "I-got-alzheimer-plz-help-me-find-this-novel bunch". Not the most extreme case, but lapses happen. I am working on it.
                        I hope to graduate from 'help-me-find-the-novel-what-is-happening-around me' and join the 'I'm-knowledgeable bunch', but my exp is low, so it will take time.

                        And obviously, the 'I'm-new-want-friends' tag applies as well. I mean, I have literally no one to talk to about web novels or xianxia in real life. It is a sad academic existence.
