Depends on when you establish your contract, without that you won't earn anything regardless of how many chapters you put out... short of begging for patreon donations.
As for with a contract, it really depends. Typically most books lock around the 40 to 80 chapters. Though exceptions exist. I've seen locked chapters after 20 and another book didn't contract up until well after 100... so I imagine its a topic you discuss with your assigned content editor.
