Aheahe Nah but the site is already half dead a large part of the "amateur" authors plan to migrate to other sites sad the only way to mitigate the damage would be to make a patch today at the earliest tomorrow or later at beyond that the departures will be final and it will be the end of webnovel because the users of the application will leave since they will have nothing more to read

      The webnovel was based on fanfiction. No fanfiction, no readers. There are many other sites, and although the same fanfiction is inconvenient for me, no one canceled the scribblehub. As well as other sites.

      There's just one thing I don't understand. Why they don't make a notification or even just a message to calm the people because that's the strategy of the ostrich

        Erred Ahh yes I found it after I made an account. I had read an occasional novel there before but did not really look through the options as it was not my full time site

            This is such a stupid move that i don't even know how it got approved. I mean do they not see the impact of this, Many of it's users are on PC you can not just force people to migrate. Well needless to say i am leaving this site and even uninstalling my app.

              Complaint.

              In the last two days, Webnovel has been forcing FANS to download ITS Webnovel APP for all devices (laptops, readers, IOS...etc.). When I first discovered this site, it was optional, now to continue to read, I am forced to download an APP I don't need or want. I was able to pay per chapter and purchase chapters in "Bundles." These options are completely removed, so to continue reading "FANS," have no choice but to download the APP.

              As a FAN, I feel greatly disappointed in this decision, whether by the authors or upper management, to force its FAN BASE to download its app just to read. Not only will the authors lose out on revenue, but fans like myself will go elsewhere for their enjoyment.
              ==Note: After reading the few free chapters, I will be removing stories from my library since I am unable to purchase chapters. I do not see a reason to keep it. I will also be posting this complaint in other books to show my displeasure.

                  XxHaizexX It's definitely not fixed, after the 40 chapters you normally can read, chapter 41 gives the "This is the end of Part One, to continue, download the App.

                      Own It's fixed for fanfics. And locking novels don't really matter, they only get locked sooner than normal, i don't touch novels unless there are alternatives out there, i'm not made out of money to be able to afford these crazy prices for a couple of words.
