I've been reading quite a lot of novels lately, mostly fantasy action novels, with magic and stuff, but one thing that I don't like about these novels is the constant overused and oversaturated usage of cliches, young masters, face slapping, mc getting bullied and getting called trash constantly throughout the story, even if he kept showing how Overpowered MC is, there is always some guy, mobs or side characters that will still underestimate MC, whenever MC joins an organization or sect, that sect is almost always in danger of getting wiped out or losing its reputation and MC will do most of the heavy lifting to save it, and most of the time MC doesn't join any organizations at all (despite getting offered benefits) and then there is the one cliche that annoys me the most, MC hiding is talent, power, potential for absolutely no reason at all and getting disdained as a result, I always hate it when this happens, I always drop those novels who used these cliches way too much almost instantly, I used to like them, but now as a veteran reader, they annoy the sh*t out of me due to author's lack of originality these days, now I can't find anymore novels to read,
I want recommendations of a novel where any of the cliches and tropes that I just mentioned doesn't happen or at least were used sparingly, it is rare to read a magic action novel where the general public knows that the MC is talented and is actually respected, I wanna read something like that.
