Thorrak Sorry, I just confirmed that when we read in the app, then refresh the pc/m page, the reading process will be synced there. Our developer told me that when we leave the reading page or put the app into background, the app will sync the reading process to our server. I tested it in iOS and android v2.7.1.

[unknown] I'm still seeing this issue happen. It doesn't seem to happen for every novel though for some reason e.g. Omnipotent Sage and Superstars of Tomorrow both show the same reading status as the app.

Here's some info about a few novels that aren't updating for me.
Evil Emperor's Wild Consort:
Desktop - 844
App - 858 (not unlocked yet, just opened)

Limitless:
Desktop - 519
App - 526 (again, not unlocked, just opened)

I can give more examples/info if required.

I am having this problem also.

Yesterday I added 'Number One Dungeon Supplier' to my library using my Android tablet. While reading on my tablet I got to chapter 21.

This morning, on my pc, the chapter status under the book says 1/66. I open it on my tablet and it's in the middle of chapter 21.

Same issue with God Emperor. On my PC it says 67/70. Opening the book on my pc opens at chapter 67. When I open it on my tablet it opens to chapter 69.

There is definitely an issue here.

Having the same problem, there's not even the option to synchronise. Try uninstalling and re-install the app but still the same problem.

I used spirit stones to purchase chapters 82 and 83 of The Daily Life of the Immortal King on my phone yesterday. Today I went to re-read chapter 83 on my tablet since I only skimmed it on my phone, and my tablet wants me to purchase chapters 82 and 83 again.

Checked on my computer and my computer wants me to purchase chapters 78 through 83 AGAIN.

If this is becoming a pay per chapter per device, I will drop webnovels.com faster than the babysitter’s boyfriend when the car pulls up.

I only have one login. When I am logged in the avatar (coffee cup) and my username shows up, so, Yes, I am logged into the same account on all 3 of my devices. The PC wants me to either purchase or watch ads. My tablet wants me to purchase. My phone, where I originally purchased the chapter is fine.

Now WebNovels is making me mad!

Opened up my phone and accessed The Daily Life of the Immortal King. I had last purchased chapter 83, now it's saying I need to purchase it again. Went back all the way to chapter 78, which is where my PC was at! Same thing on my tablet, all the way back to chapter 78!

That means that the chapters that I've purchased on my phone I now have to purchase again!!!!

So, on my PC The Daily Life of the Immortal King was at chapter 78. On my Phone I'd purchased through chapter 83. That's 5 purchased chapters that I no longer have access to! at the cost of 4 stones a chapter, that is 20 stones.

But what about the other books I purchased chapters in? They are all reset to the chapter my PC said I was at also!

I have purchased spirit stones, so it feels like I've just been robbed.

It looks like I WILL have to pay again to catch up to where I was in all the books I read on my phone!!! At this point (unless this gets fixed!) I'm going to be like the boyfriend of the babysitter when the car drives up, out of here!

I don't see the chapters that I purchased listed there at all.

Here is the problem as I see it. I paid for or 'earned' spirit stones. When I purchased a chapter on my phone the spirit stones decreased. When I was on my tablet the spirit stones showed the same on my phone after purchasing, ergo, the decrease of spirit stones was across all devices.

We know there is a problem sync'ing chapters across devices, so it would not surprise me if the sync'ing of the log from purchasing the chapter didn't work either. Which means the log won't show the purchased chapter.

I would think that the spirit stones would not sync either. However, the spirit stones did show a decrease on both of my devices. Therefore, if I earn or purchase stones it shows on all devices.

This is why I'm saying there is a problem with purchasing chapters, and why I got mad about it.

I purchased a chapter on my phone, the transaction showed in the list, and it unlocked on my PC.

Earlier this month I purchased chapters 71 through 81 of God Emperor on my table.

This last week I purchased chapters 82, 83, and 84 of God Emperor on my phone. Only chapter 84 is showing in the billing history, but all chapters are unlocked on my phone.

Chapter 82 is not unlocked on my tablet, however, chapters 83 and 84 are.

On my PC chapters 71 through 82 are not unlocked, however, chapters 83 and 84 are. In the billing history there is only a single entry for God Emperor, and that's chapter 84.

I know I purchased those chapters, I watched my Spirit Stones go down when I purchased them. You will probably do to God Emperor just like you did with The Daily Life of the Immortal King and reset my purchased chapters back to nothing. Which would mean having to purchase chapters 71 through 84 AGAIN.
