AidaHanabi those classified as trolls. Like I said before, just ignore them. Don't respond otherwise you'll fuel their joy and lifeblood. Block them immedieately or they might comment to your other posts.

Please help me with my confusion. How did you see that whoever was pming you on facebook was the person who left the poor review? Did the person pming you on facebook claim responsibility? Because if so, you could get webnovel to remove it probably.
