When I open the app the library doesn't update and when I open a novel the new chapters don't show up. It also shows a message of network failure. Is it problem on my part?

When at pc it works fine

    I think that it is a problem with the app and not on our end.

      It’s been happening to me as well I even restarted my device and re-downloaded the app still the problem is there

        Getting done error code -10015 it's really inconvenient hahaha I just wanna read...

        Open it in browser, add to library. It will open in from your app's library at that point. Ezpz lemon squeezy.

          bachingchung but why should we have to do that? Lol isn't the app supposed to get rid of the need to go to the site?:p issue just needs fixed

              Be nice if someone from the tech team could give us a response .....

                I got the same problem.. I even suspect my internet connection... Its quite frustrating... Hopefully it will be fixed soon.... Thanks

                  no signal wifi at school so i can only read offline at school and it always happened everytime i updated webnovel
