If you're going to be a Martial Artist just like in Xianxia novels. What would be your choice of weapon? State your pick and why below.

I might pick to wield a dagger at my left hand and a broadsword on the right.
As for why, it's because of Peacemaker (character in For Honor) (dead game lul. ), I really liked the character design, I even started to imagine that it was me.
hidden blades ... self explaining I think :)
but aside from being an assassin, hidden blades are covert and people don't expect them. When oppotunities arise one can surprise the enemy I think or stay weak looking, while waiting for the right moment :)

That would be enough for me. Or perhaps a Library like Master Teacher Zhang. (Death Note, Life Note, Medicine Note, and many more Note. Gwahahaha. Ok This Rabbink just need to create it in my own universe.)
Why don't you put a brick as an option? Classic Xianxia needed some bricks as option. Without it you are not listed one of the most used weapon. It was even more popular than a saw or totem.

It is about game then the FF favorite. Gunblade. Gwahahaha. Of course it must use spiritual energy/chakra/or similar energy for its fuel/bullet.
