The entertainment industry is filled with handsome men and beautiful women, people who take the breaths of others away.

A story that happens in the entertainment industry can be as follows:

When the general public is guessing which one of the rumored female celebrities of a 'nation's husband' is his true girlfriend, the paparazzi manages to get the scoop that a particular female actress is already this 'nation's husband''s wife! The graceful hunk in film productions who is able to mesmerize thousands of girls with just a glance at a press meeting has a stunning hobby! He likes to accompany his wife to buy groceries or walk the dog! When everyone digs deeper, they realize that this 'nation's husband' had hinted his love for his wife countless times over social networks! Couple hats, couple watches, couple shoes… Upon seeing this 'loyal dog' who had grabbed every opportunity to express his love and loyalty to his wife, people think to themselves, "Did some transmigrator possess him?" After a great deal of effort, reporters finally manage to interview him, to which he says, "I can finally announce to the world that I am XXX's husband! All those savage men that linger around my wife, all of you can screw off!"

Reincarnating to become a beast capable of evolving in another world

Many main characters will reincarnate to another world and receive all sorts of miracles along with meeting many new friends.

However, our main character this time has become a wild beast.

However, he will become a wild beast who’s capable of continuously evolving…

Two main topics: “Beast” and “Evolution”

In this alternate world, humans are the hunters while beasts are the hunted. Even the strongest dragons will commonly be hunted down by human knights, priests, and mages.

Here, our main character, someone from the modern day, shall reincarnate into a lizard, or a wolf, or a spider, or a shark… at any rate, he shall reincarnate into a beast rather than a human.

After this beast gets taken over by a human soul, he shall not only have human intelligence, he’ll even understand how to evolve…

How to evolve?

There’s countless possibilities out there for evolution. Feel free to make your own setting. The easiest way is perhaps to give the main character an Evolution System, such as in an MMORPG game. Simply slaying other beasts could let him obtain experience points and keep leveling up and evolving.

Of course, you could use some setting apart from a system as well. For instance, perhaps powerful beasts will all have magic cores inside their bodies. Devouring these magic cores could be a way of powering up for evolution. And, the color of the magic cores represent how powerful a beast is.

Or, perhaps your main character’s beast has a dragon’s bloodline. If he continuously eats highly nutritious foods, he’ll be able to evolve into a powerful dragon.

There’s countless appealing methods of evolution out there. There’s no need to limit your imagination or the main character. At any rate, he shall evolve by some method to become the most powerful creature in this alternate world!

Weak beasts are destined to be slaughtered. Only the powerful will survive.

Extension: Inject your own personal touch and ideas

What if a modern day person suddenly becomes a wild beast? He’ll likely have zero survival skills and will be afflicted by starvation and the weather. The other beasts will also view him as potential prey. How shall he escape from danger and survive?

After evolving into a powerful animal, how will this beast who possesses a human soul treat the conflict between humans and beasts? Will he stand with the beasts, with the humans, or simply live only for himself?

Although “Evolution” is the main topic of this writing prompt, we encourage you all to delve even deeper into this topic and put your own touch upon this topic, so that you can bring another world to life!

    OWWW!!! This would make this Rabbink gave up! 2 Topic in 1 Week. Gwahahaha. Actually my Cinderella is Entertainment Industry. I will change the KPOP idol into JPOP idol. Where a trainee turned into less popular member of the group. Lol.

    Perhaps the Evolution could change the system genre in the original section.

    There would be some interesting novel with the second topic. Evolved Beasts in Another World.

    The only bad news is the winner is only for top 5. (This is not like This Rabbink could win. Gwahahaha.) :D

      Couldn't wait to check "Evolution" Style novel. Improving Bloodline, etc is interesting.

      Actually my second Novel idea is based on evolution, however the main character is still human (with a bit monster trait. It was uncommon style. It is also heavy, so I don't dare to press "Publish" in Inkstone, ever. Gwahahaha. Perhaps it would suit the competing platform better.)

          ... And here I thought WN would stop promulgating things that would just increase the mediocrity of Originals, but no, I had to turn my other cheek for a double slap of double contest in a single week... damn.

            Cobyboy I also disagree with Double Contest. If it is only 1 contest, it might inspire some good ideas.

            The #4 is female readers favorite. I think they deserve a contest to get such novel.

            #5 has potential, it is unique for people who complained of too much System in Original.

            I think WN is looking for Quantity than Quality. This is a great idea, since Yahoo vs Google show better human-list of Yahoo couldn't compete with quantity of Google bot crawler. Google also slowly improved their 'contents'.

              This is actually a story from the PoV of a support character. The entirety of the story, from the PoV of the main character, is going to be written at a later time and will provide a different perspective, along with a more detailed side of the events, but I felt that this one may work better for the contest.

                The Modern Cinderella prompt really fried my brain with nothing to show for it. Entertainment Industry is kinda ~meh~ for me, but I'm feeling really inspired right now so I'll do my best to churn out the plot for the 'Evolved Beasts in Another World' prompt and finish writing the prologue, at least

                      Magus You strong point is 'undead' and evolve. I think for a webnovel. You want to make it appear in the first 5 chapter. Perhaps use a flashback or something and show he is currently an undead with capability to evolve in the beginning. (Since it becomes the topic, it would cliche the theme somewhat lots monster novel would appear, but this would be fresh in the system dominated rank).

                      One of my mistakes as a new author, is not giving the 'cheat' aka hook in the first 5 chapter.
