You can reply to a translator's comment in the novel... this will appear as an alert on webnovel. It is difficult to check the forums.
I wish they formalize a way for folks to report issues like this across all novels where a Editor or a Translator will be able to go back and make updates. Perhaps separate comment section in each chapter.
This is like a free editing services from the user base. They don't really need to pay us anything.
