I remember reading an isekai novel a year or two ago, I think it was here, but im not certain.
It started off with the kid being born, his mother gathered extremely poisonous roses with thick leather gloves for a living,like most of the village. I don't remember what happened, but the mother killed the father. She was also planning a murder suicide with the MC, who was still a toddler. So he carefully took a thorn from one of the roses and embedded it into a tool he knew his mother would grip, get pricked,and die. After that, I don't remember too well what happened, but he got close to a noble house as a servant or something, and tried training with the guards. Afterwards, some time passed,and he went to war, I don't remember why. He was still VERY young, but his accomplishments got him ranked relatively high. He had his own unit. Last I remember, he and/or his unit got cornered by ghouls or something in a giant hollow tree or stump. I read this about a year or two ago, so any one of these sections I think I can remember from this novel might be mixed in from others, so if any one of those scenarios rings a bell,but not the others, let me know anyways. Earlier today I opened the app, and closed the recommendation by habit. In the second before it closed though, I saw some words that got me interested, namely "infinite revives/resurrections"(forgot which of the two) ,as well as the character waking up surrounded by leaves and confused,likely transmigrated into a bug.
I didn't catch the name of the protagonist,I only remember that it was two separate syllables, reminiscent of what I see in xianxia novels.
I've tried searching keywords,andvanced search with tags,but I can't find itI opened up the app,and got shown an unfamiliar novel,which I always skip. I pressed the button, but in the split second before I left, I noticed it mentioning ilendless revivals, and the protagonist being a bug of some kind. That was enough to get me interested,because I like struggle,but unfortunately the button was pressed and I left. The protagonist seems to have had a a Chinese cultivation novel name. I've done several searches,but couldn't find it
They really just told me to eat shit since none of the devices I own can download the actual app,only the "lite" app which is just a fucking bookmark that opens the website
