I completely agree. Personally, I have a novel about an office romance, but I haven't even thought of the idea of putting in abuse of authority. Just because rape and love both have four letters doesn't mean their the same or even remotely similar. Be more creative when writing these plots. What's the better way to show his affection and win the hearts of the readers? To rape her? Or to show restraint and through it his respect and trust.

I may have ran my mouth a bit here, but domestic violence in a relationship that is meant to be centered about real love is just a bit disgusting. Webnovel is a smaller novel publishing site, so I kind of understand their inability to deal with matters like this right away, but I believe they should pay a bit more attention to what goes through the content filters.

Daoisthentai As long as it's marked fanfic, there's really nothing we can do. I understand where you're coming from, and I don't think WN should move all of the fanfictions to a different site, but maybe have two folders in the discover. One for original novels, one for fanfiction and the like. Personally, I don't read or write fanfiction because I think the original work is better, but I still don't think shoving fanfic writers away like they're a different species is going to solve a whole lot, either.

If you're going to write about something that's already created, at least write out a disclaimer in the synopsis.

I hate it when people steal other peoples' work. I have personal experience with it, and there's nothing more devastating than your own work being used in a way you didn't want it, or a way that discredits its owner. I understand, and maybe WN should update the next version with a report button for this kind of thing. I thank you for pointing this out. Perhaps WN will see this and all of the evidence you produced with it.
