    Okay, to voice out my opinion about this matter...

    If you want to buy the whole novel in one go, please wait for it to be finished first because writing a novel doesn't happen instantly.

    If you're finding novels that are free, why bother asking if you can buy the whole thing? Isn't that a bit contradicting to what you initially intended?

    To the following arguments that I read so far... Kind of a bit disappointed on where it all went down the hill.

    First and foremost...

    I don't care how much it costs for every one of you to buy this so-called trashes you are all talking about. If you don't want to buy a trash, then don't buy the trash. People are not forcing you to do so...

    Degrading 99% of works is too below the belt for authors to not react...

    I'll drop a LOGIC for that... (Reminder: Logic! I'm using this comparatively.)

    If you own a family restaurant that are just starting and people come to eat, it's good that you're having people enjoy your foods, right?

    What if someone enters the resto shouting that the owner and the foods are trash, what will you do? Let them do what they want?

    Then that someone started comparing how trashy the resto to some popular restaurants out there?

    That's the scenario that's happening here.

    I respect JKR for making HP that became successful...

    But we can't fully give the credits to her because HP won't be made without the help of the editors and publishers.

    Comparing HP to your so-called trash novels is like comparing a fully functional sports car to a toy car.

    If you don't like how the story was written, please silently leave or if you want, leave a criticism to help them not to degrade them.

    You're acting like a drunkard telling the cops that he's under arrest. (This is figurative, please don't pay too much attention for this simple sentence.)

    To be on point... You can't just claim that everything laid in front of you is trash because if you do, ask yourself, who has the problem? The trashes around you or you, yourself?

    You can't expect people who worked hard through the days and nights writing just to give a satisfactory chapter for those who reads their novel to stay silent when someone who claims that books worked by a group of people is better than their works alone.

    Most of the writers here can't afford to pay editors for their novels and translations are also novels that were edited as it was translated.

    Compare a Machine Translated work to a work that an actual translator made?

    Isn't there a big difference?

    To conclude this opinion of mine.

    Don't just drop hasty generalizations all over and comparing a sprouting plant to a full-grown tree.

    Comprehend what was asked and start thinking logically without deviating from the topic themselves.

    As for my answer to the question, this is an insult to the writers who barely earn from writing but keep on going just to satisfy your cravings for story. If you don't want to pay, then get lost and don't smack this question in front of those people working hard to entertain you!
