  • lozlo I'd say in about 3-4 months we might get it all. After all, if they had 90 chapters left (work + raw) while they have finished 220 in 7 months the estimated time for those 90 chapters shouldn't be more than 3-4 months. I can only hope for the chapters to be mass released, because the waiting for new chapters has been bugging me since the time it stopped >.>

    • So after about 4 months something finally happen? Guess we can only pray for it to get continued soon.
Though I still hope for some clarification at what stage they've reached in finding a translator >.>

      • Same, though I was reading and got logged out

It's understandable that it's harder to pick up a novel that has been translated for more than half of its story. We neither can force a translator to pick it up, but you should also understand that there's a fanbase for novels that actually has great content. We (the fanbase) in this case, are asking for more of its content which shows that we're ready for the change. The new translation would probably not be written in the same style, since every translator has its own style in translating. But that doesn't change the fact that even if the style changes, we're fully content with it as long as we get to read the continuation of the story.
It's not like we'd go screaming "what's with this translation?!" if there's minor errors such as spelling, since that can be fixed afterwards. Also, when a new translator picks it up, we'll probably start with some constructive criticism in the comments, which would give that translator a better understanding on the parts that can be unique for that story.

        • True, instead of the weekly new novel they should just focus on picking up the novels they've left behind. Who gives a damn about the energy stones if the novels will most likely end up in the same state as MAM in the future.

          • 3 weeks... 3 whole weeks without a single chapter...
This is seriously starting to affect the way I view this site. It would be good if qidian gave us a reply on what happen to the new translator, but I guess the chances of finding big foot is bigger than actually getting a reply from qidian.
I mean, we've been going at it for 3 weeks asking just where is our chapters... Yet instead of giving a reply it's like we're invisible. This proves how much qidian cares about their consumers/members - we're just part of a minority that they don't give a damn about.
            Oh well #GiveUsAnswers

            • We seriously need news about this. The longer we don't get any chapters nor news the more disappointed we'll be with qidian.

            • Same, been reading for the last 8 hours when I suddenly got logged out while reading. I hope this gets fixed fast, cause I have to save my progress or else I might forget where I am.
